Royal Villa 7 is a beautifully maintained detached villa within the prestigious Royal Westmoreland Golf Estate. Offering the perfect blend of comfort and privacy, the villa includes housekeeping services, a dedicated villa manager, and 24-hour security for a seamless and relaxing stay.
This split-level villa welcomes guests into a spacious open-plan living and dining area, with the kitchen conveniently tucked just behind. Featuring high pickled tray ceilings, ceiling fans, and double doors that open onto a covered terrace, the living space is designed to capture the refreshing Caribbean breezes. From the upper level, guests can enjoy picturesque views of the tranquil pond, lush tropical gardens, and the Caribbean Sea beyond.
All three ensuite bedrooms are generously sized, fully air-conditioned, and equipped with ceiling fans for added comfort. The expansive master suite is located on the ground floor and features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV with Apple TV, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with both a tub and shower. The suite opens directly onto a private sun terrace overlooking the resort’s serene pond and beautifully landscaped gardens.
A 15% service charge will be added to all requested concierge services. From 1st May, 2026, please expect a weekly charge for house guest membership cards to Royal Westmoreland Golf Estate. Charges are applicable based on bedrooms booked and not occupancy. If guests do not wish to use the amenities, they do not register. These charges are a per week charge and any part thereof and cover all guests residing in the villa. Charges are not made on a pro-rata daily basis per registered guest.
