It is partly covered for your protection, or alternatively you can enjoy the warmth of the sunlight during winter in the area that is uncovered. The home is perfect for families, friends and small children. Offering 4 bedrooms, the main bedroom has a Queen bed with ensuite, a built-in robe and access to the rear deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed, built in robe and access to the deck. The third bedroom has two single beds and door access to the deck and the fourth bedroom is a queen bed and situated to the front of the home. Each of the bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The home has two bathrooms and a large kitchen to accommodate all your culinary needs. There is Free Wifi available throughout the property. The kitchen leads to the Queensland room, which makes access to utensils and requirements very easy when utilising the outdoor room. The fully fenced yard is ideal for children or pets and provides a lovely leafy outlook which adds to the ambiance of the location. Please note this house welcomes small to medium sized dogs who are to be kept outside. Air conditioning in the lounge, main bedroom, and lounge/dining area will provide comfort during the warm or colder weather.
