The pool is heated from October 15th to April 15th, with optional heating available outside this period for an additional weekly fee. Inside, the villa features four stylish, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Three bedrooms enjoy panoramic ocean and pool views, while the fourth overlooks the garden and opens onto a private terrace - ideal for quiet moments of relaxation. The sleek, modern interior creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, complemented by a fully equipped kitchen with ocean views, perfect for preparing and sharing meals. Ideal for families or couples, Villa Ocean’s One combines comfort, space, and an exceptional location. Just three minutes from the vibrant Orient Bay beach and a short drive from Grand Case’s renowned dining scene and the white sands of Anse Marcel, the villa offers easy access to the island’s most celebrated spots while providing a peaceful haven to unwind. To ensure a carefree stay, housekeeping service is included and adapted to the season. During the Christmas and New Year’s period, guests enjoy daily housekeeping service (except Sundays and public holidays). In high season, housekeeping is provided every other day. During low season, stays of 5 nights include one housekeeping service, while stays of 7 nights include two housekeeping services, allowing guests to fully relax and enjoy their vacation.
