Villa Casa Sand is a charming retreat set in Anse Marcel, offering beautiful views over the beach and the Caribbean Sea. Ideal for a family escape in St. Martin, the villa combines comfort, privacy, and a prime location. Fully air-conditioned throughout, the villa features two bedrooms inside the main living area, each with its own ensuite bathroom. A third bedroom, accessed separately beneath the covered terrace, provides additional privacy while remaining easily connected to the home. One of the villa’s highlights is its heated infinity pool, perfectly positioned to take in sweeping ocean views. The pool is heated from October 15 to April 15; outside of this period, heating is available for an additional $350 USD per week. Located within walking distance of the beautiful Anse Marcel beach and its renowned beachfront restaurant, guests can easily enjoy swimming, sunbathing, and water activities. Please note that the villa is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility, as stairs lead from the parking area up to the house.
