Located at the historic Pierless Beach access, this second-floor condo comfortably accommodates up to eight guests with two living areas, three bedrooms, two updated bathrooms, a covered porch, and a rooftop viewing deck with glimpses of the ocean. Perfect for families, couples traveling together, and group getaways! THE SPACE Living Areas: Two comfortable living spaces provide plenty of room to gather or unwind. The main living room features a sectional sofa and large flat-screen TV, while the second lounge offers additional seating and a brand-new queen sleeper sofa accommodating two guests. Kitchen & Dining: A fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kitchen essentials. Enjoy breakfast bar seating for five, a dining table for eight, and access to a small private balcony. Bedrooms: • Primary Bedroom: King-size platform bed, 55" Roku Smart TV, blackout curtains and blinds, USB charging station, private workspace, and upgraded en-suite bathroom. • Second Bedroom: King-size bed, 55" Smart TV, blackout window treatments, and access to the shared bathroom. • Third Bedroom: Two twin beds, blackout window treatments, private desk, and access to the shared bathroom. • Additional Sleeping: Brand-new queen sleeper sofa in the second living area. Bathrooms: Two upgraded full bathrooms featuring tub/shower combinations with new glass doors, double-sink vanities, LED-lit mirrors, fresh towels, hairdryers, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. If you’re traveling with extended family, multiple couples, or a larger group wanting to stay together while enjoying separate accommodations, additional units or even the entire building may be reserved, subject to availability.
