📋 **VILLA RULES**
✢ Parties and events are only permitted with prior authorization.
✢ Pets are not allowed without prior authorization. If approved, an additional fee and security deposit will apply.
✢ Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
✢ In accordance with the community rules, excessive noise is not permitted after 11:00 p.m. unless prior authorization has been granted.
✢ Only guests registered on the reservation may enter the villa. Any outside visitors must be registered with us in advance.
✢ For security reasons, outside staff and third-party service providers are not permitted without prior authorization.
✢ Regular cleaning is not included. It may be requested and scheduled for an additional fee.
✢ Bed linen and towel changes are also available upon request for an additional fee.
✢ The swimming pool will be cleaned periodically during the stay.
✢ If you wish to hire an outside service provider who has not been authorized by us, including OTA Experience providers, we must receive their information in advance. An outside vendor fee may also apply, and a security deposit may be required.
