The fully updated kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a coffee station, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. The dining area seats six, with an extension to accommodate up to eight guests. An air-conditioned sunroom overlooks the pool and provides additional living space with a dining table, workspace, direct Ethernet connection, and basic office supplies, making it ideal for remote work, games, or simply relaxing. ​​​​​​​The primary suite includes a king-size bed, a 55-inch Roku Smart TV, sliding glass doors, a walk-in closet, and a beautifully updated en suite bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers two Twin XL beds that can be converted into a king, along with a large walk-in closet. A second full bathroom features a shower and tub combination. Outside, your private heated pool is surrounded by comfortable lounge seating, an outdoor dining table for six, a fire pit, and a spacious backyard with a charming pineapple garden. It’s the perfect place to spend sunny afternoons and relaxing evenings. Please note that pets are welcome in the home but are not permitted in the swimming pool.
