Perched above the fairway at Tamarron Resort, this two bedroom townhome pairs mountain views from every window with resort-level access: indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, golf, tennis and pickleball, and trails right outside your door. The main level features an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining layout. Large windows and sliding glass doors lead to the deck where you can enjoy beautiful mountain views. The kitchen features stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. Upstairs, the primary suite offers a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and a stackable washer/dryer. The second bedroom includes a queen bed with its own ensuite bath. A third full bathroom is located on the main floor. This home comfortably sleeps 4. Guests also get access to the Glacier Club’s 18-hole Valley Course at the Tamarron rate — a great perk of your stay! Details to book your tee time will be provided in your rental instructions. WHERE YOU WILL SLEEP: Bedroom 1 (2nd level): 1 King bed, ensuite bathroom Bedroom 2 (2nd level): 1 Queen bed, ensuite bathroom ON-SITE AMENITIES AT THE LODGE: These amenities are included with your reservation: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, playground. These amenities are available, but with an extra fee on a pay-per-use basis: golf at private course at the Tamarron rate, tennis, pickleball, 3 on-site restaurants, and event center. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge. There is a $20 per person ski shuttle to Purgatory on weekends during ski season only - tickets must be purchased in advance and the pick-up location is in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot. LOCATION: Tamarron sits at around 7,800 feet in elevation and is just 10 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 minutes north of downtown Durango. Many guests stay here to visit Purgatory Ski Resort, which offers a variety of restaurants, winter and summer activities, and festivals/events. GOOD TO KNOW: This property has Air Conditioning! Washer / Dryer in your condo. Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Tamarron DO NOT allow pets. No smoking / vaping of any kind is allowed Trailers are discouraged as there is very limited, designated space to park trailers - if you plan to bring one, please inquire first. AWD or 4WD or tire chains is recommended in Winter (Dec-Mar). Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
