The space Welcome to ’Southern Solace!’ Start your mornings on the spacious front porch, where comfortable seating creates an outdoor living space perfect for sipping coffee, reading a book, or enjoying the coastal breeze. Step inside to a bright, open-concept living area filled with beautiful natural light and charming coastal-inspired decor. The inviting living room offers plenty of comfortable seating centered around a large TV, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. Just off the living room, a screened-in porch provides another wonderful gathering space, complete with an outdoor dining table for enjoying meals in the fresh air. Back inside, the living room flows seamlessly into the dining room, where a beautiful table for 6 sits beneath a beautiful chandelier. Just nearby, the newly remodeled chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with high-end finishes, including a 6-burner gas stove, ample cabinetry, and a large island with seating for 3. Past the kitchen, step out to the back porch, where you’ll find comfortable seating and a small table overlooking the backyard. The backyard features a BBQ grill and an outdoor shower, making it easy to cook out and rinse off after a day at the beach. Also on the first floor is the laundry room, a convenient half bathroom, and the first master bedroom. This bedroom features a King bed and a private en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a large glass shower. Upstairs, a cozy second living area with a Queen-sized sleeper sofa offers the perfect hangout space for kids or an additional spot to relax. The spacious master bedroom on this floor is a peaceful retreat, featuring a King bed, charming built-in window seating, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. Two additional guest bedrooms on the second floor each feature a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. One bathroom includes a shower/tub combination, while the other has a glass shower (and is also accessible from the second-floor living area). There is parking available for up to 2 cars in the driveway. The home is also equipped with a Tesla charger, making it easy to keep your vehicle charged and ready for your next 30A adventure! Other EVs are welcome to take advantage of the charger as well with a compatible adapter (adapters are not provided). This home is perfectly positioned literally steps from Camp WaterColor, making for easy and quick access! Also enjoy easy access to sugar-white sand beaches, multiple community pools, nature trails, restaurants, shopping, and all of the amenities that make this area one of the most sought-after destinations along 30A. This house comes with a maximum of 10 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even if there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 10 Guests): FIRST FLOOR -Living Room -Dining Room -Kitchen -Laundry Room -Half Bathroom -Bedroom 1 (Master): King bed, en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and glass shower SECOND FLOOR -Living Area with Queen-sized Sleeper Sofa -Bedroom 2 (Master): King bed, en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, glass shower, and a separate soaking tub -Bedroom 3: Queen bed, en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combination -Bedroom 4: Queen bed, en-suite bathroom with glass shower (bathroom also accessible from hallway) There is also a pack n’ play at the home for guests’ use! Guest access The WaterColor community is so desirable due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community. Camp WaterColor is right next to the home, making it a dream to not have to worry about parking when the lot is full! The Beach Club is less than a 5-minute LSV/golf cart ride. The ultra desirable location of this home cannot be beat especially for families!! Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children’s area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground. The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an ’adults only’ pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf! These accesses are included in the nightly rate and are NO additional charge to the guests. Other things to note -Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance. -In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost. Watercolor requires guest contact information for Watercolor wristband registration. -Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out may be subject to another day’s rental fees. -Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay. -Smoking is prohibited. -All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. -The LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters. -Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters. -Property Manager can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by bikes, LSV/golf cart, or other amenities provided to guests.
