Arrive at Gran Tortuga for an excellent beachside location and stay for its coastal design and thoughtful details. Upon entering this retreat enriched by southern exposure, the aquamarine pool and the water beyond will take your breath away!
Large windows and an open floor plan, combined with sand- and surf-toned furniture, give the home’s interior a beachy yet sophisticated vibe. In the living room, the sofas and tables are cozy yet modern, while subtle turquoise details throughout give a nod to the coastal surroundings. There’s a formal dining area with seating for six, a stylish chandelier, and bay views, as well as a breakfast bar in the fully equipped kitchen.
Whether you’re spending your vacation perfecting your fishing skills or your tan, touches like espresso-colored wood furniture and brightly patterned bedding with nautical stripes or turtle motifs make the bedrooms cozy places to stretch out and unwind. The master suite features a king bed, two other bedrooms are appointed with queens, and the upstairs is complete with two twin beds and a private balcony.
Gran Tortuga is a peaceful retreat where families can gather and enjoy quality time while creating happy memories. Its location is the perfect jumping-off point for Tigertail Beach, putting the beach café, playground, cabana, and Hobie Cat rentals just a hop away!
We are sorry but no boats are allowed to be tied up to the dock at this property!
Marco Island Basic Rules:
We hope you have a wonderful time on Marco Island. We ask that you be mindful of the neighbors around you. While you are on vacation, they are full time residents, and not on vacation with you.
Marco Island has a strict noise ordinance which is in place 24 hours a day. Should the police go out to the property you are renting and a noise violation is issued, it will be your responsibility to pay it. Fines start at 250.00 and rise to 500.00 for a second violation. Eviction for repeated noise violations can occur.
Parking is limited passenger cars and trucks only and to the driveway and garage (if available). There is no street, ditch or yard parking! RVs, boats, boat trailers and trailers of any kind are prohibited in driveways overnight by City ordinance. No vehicle or trailer can block a sidewalk or extend into the street. Police will ticket for these offenses. Off premise RV, boat and trailer parking can be found on island at Marco Self Storage or Extra Space Storage and elsewhere on and off island. Please make arrangements accordingly.
By City ordinance, trash cans can’t be put out to curb before 6 pm on Sundays and Wednesdays for Monday and Thursday morning pick up.
Guests are responsible to follow these ordinances and all City ordinances not listed here and are responsible for any associated tickets of fines imposed by the City or Manager.
