The Home The spacious living room offers comfortable seating and a large Smart TV, creating the perfect gathering place after a day of adventure. Temporary Resident IDs Guests have the opportunity to obtain two Temporary Resident IDs for their household, allowing access to many of The Villages’ outstanding recreational amenities during their stay. A one-time $50 household registration fee applies for the Temporary Resident IDs. Once your IDs have been issued, Guest Passes may also be requested for visitors in accordance with The Villages’ policies. Pet Policy We understand that dogs are family members too. Dogs are welcome with prior approval only. Breed, size, age, and house-training information may be requested before approval. Cats are not permitted. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning or damage charges. Golf Cart Disclosure A complimentary Yamaha golf cart is provided for your enjoyment during your stay. While every effort is made to keep the golf cart available and in excellent operating condition, availability cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen maintenance, mechanical repairs, manufacturer recalls, accidents, weather-related issues, or circumstances beyond our control. The golf cart is provided as a complimentary amenity and is not considered part of the rental rate. Therefore, refunds or credits cannot be provided should the golf cart become unavailable before or during your stay. Guests are responsible for operating the golf cart safely, ensuring all occupants are properly seated, and following all applicable Florida laws and The Villages community rules.
