Villa Martina - An Architectural Sanctuary Above the Mediterranean
There are few places in Jávea where the sea feels quite so close. Villa Martina occupies one of Cuesta San Antonio’s most privileged positions, commanding uninterrupted views across the bay from sunrise to sunset. Combining striking contemporary architecture with expansive, light-filled interiors, it is a home designed for those seeking complete privacy, exceptional comfort and an unforgettable Mediterranean escape.
Bathed in natural light, floor-to-ceiling glazing blurs the boundary between indoors and out, allowing the spectacular Mediterranean scenery to become part of the living space. Every room has been thoughtfully designed to embrace the villa’s remarkable setting, where changing light and endless sea views create a sense of calm from the moment you arrive.
Sleeping up to eight guests, Villa Martina offers four beautifully appointed double bedrooms, each with its own elegant en-suite bathroom. The impressive open-plan kitchen, centred around a generous island, flows effortlessly into the indoor dining area, creating the perfect setting for relaxed breakfasts and memorable evenings with family and friends.
The spacious living room provides a welcoming place to gather after a day exploring the coastline, while upstairs, an inviting gallery retreat with a comfortable sofa, dedicated workspace and large balcony offers one of the finest viewpoints in Jávea. Whether you’re enjoying a morning coffee, catching up on work or simply watching the boats come and go from Jávea Port, it’s a view you’ll never tire of. Full air conditioning and high-speed Starlink internet ensure complete comfort throughout your stay.
Outside, Mediterranean living takes centre stage. A generous covered dining terrace, comfortable lounge seating and a gas barbecue invite long lunches, sunset drinks and unforgettable evenings overlooking the sparkling coastline.
Despite its peaceful hillside setting, Villa Martina is just five minutes from Jávea Port, where you’ll find the Blue Flag beach, an excellent selection of waterfront restaurants, cafés and boutiques, together with the prestigious Club Náutico de Jávea, making it the perfect base for sailing enthusiasts and those wishing to discover the beauty of the Mediterranean by sea.
Whether you’re seeking a luxurious family holiday, a sophisticated getaway with friends or simply somewhere extraordinary to unwind, Villa Martina offers a rare combination of architectural elegance, breathtaking scenery and one of the finest locations on the Costa Blanca.

About the area
Xàbia (also known as Jávea), a coastal town in Spain's Costa Blanca, is a gem that offers a delightful mix of historical charm, natural beauty, and modern amenities. Nestled between the capes of San Antonio and La Nao, Xàbia is divided into three main areas: the old town, the port, and the beach area, each with its own unique allure.
The old town of Xàbia is a journey back in time with its narrow, winding streets and gothic buildings, such as the fortress-like Church of San Bartolomé. This area is a testament to the town's rich history, with its ancient walls and historical museums that provide insight into the lives of its past inhabitants.
The port area, known as Aduanas del Mar, is a bustling hub where fishing boats and yachts coexist. It's a perfect spot to savor fresh seafood at one of the many restaurants overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The port also features the modernist Casa del Cable, which now serves as an exhibition hall.
For beach lovers, the sandy Arenal Beach is the main attraction with its palm-lined promenade, lively bars, and restaurants. The clear blue waters are ideal for swimming, while the surrounding coves, such as Granadella and Portitxol, offer excellent opportunities for snorkeling and diving.
Nature enthusiasts will be drawn to the Montgó Natural Park, which towers over Xàbia and provides a stunning backdrop to the town. The park is a haven for hikers and wildlife watchers, with its diverse flora and fauna and panoramic views of the coastline.
Xàbia's microclimate is considered one of the best in the world by the World Health Organization, making it an ideal destination year-round. The town also hosts various cultural events and festivals, such as the lively Fiesta de San Juan in June, which celebrates the summer solstice with bonfires and fireworks.
For those interested in art and architecture, Xàbia does not disappoint. The town has inspired many artists, including the famous Spanish painter Joaquín Sorolla, who captured its landscapes in his works.
In summary, Xàbia is a destination that offers a harmonious blend of historical depth, natural splendor, and a vibrant contemporary lifestyle. Whether you're looking to explore its cultural heritage, relax on its beautiful beaches, or enjoy outdoor activities in a picturesque setting, Xàbia caters to all tastes and preferences.
