Relax in this semi-detached villa for 6 with a private pool, only 5 minutes from the centre of Vodice. The modern villa is stylishly decorated with contemporary furniture. It would suit a family or group of friends who want a comfortable base to explore Croatia’s Dalmatian coast.
The two-storey villa includes an open-plan living space, furnished with an attractive corner sofa and a large, flat-screen TV. The dining table seats 6 and is next to the sleek, fitted kitchen. This is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
Large, sliding glass doors lead out to the shaded terrace by private swimming pool. The owners have taken great care to create outdoor living spaces where guests can enjoy meals or drinks al fresco. There are seats next to the pool, as well as sun loungers to the side of the house and a comfortable sitting/dining area with a large umbrella for shade.

All three bedrooms are on the first floor. They are furnished with double beds, wardrobes and TV’s

There are two separate bathrooms on the first floor. Both are appointed with glass showers, basins and WC.
Extra: There is also an outdoor shower and a third, separate WC on the ground floor.

Location
In southern Croatia, Vodice is known for its vibrant nightlife and bustling marina. The resort town has several unspoiled beaches, and there a many other options along the coast. It is also a good base for exploring the many islands nearby. The seafront promenade is home to many lively bars, cafés and restaurants serving fresh seafood and regional dishes.
For self-catering, there are daily markets in the centre of Vodice where you can find fresh fish and seafood, as well as local fruit and vegetables.
The beautiful coastal town of Šibenik is 20 minutes away. Here visitors can loose themselves in the quiet, cobbled streets, or marvel at the two UNESCO World Heritage Sites – the Cathedral of St James’s and the St Nicholas Fort.
Zadar International Airport is a 50-minute drive, and Split Airport is 1 hour and 10 minutes.
