Welcome to Black Bear Cove, a bright and family-friendly 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath
lakefront cabin that sleeps up to 8 guests. Perfectly positioned for easy
access to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Douglas Lake, Dollywood, and Great Smoky
Mountains National Park.
Inside, you’ll find an inviting open-concept great room with vaulted ceilings
and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with the essentials for home-cooked
meals. Gather around the dining table after a day of adventures, then step
outside to enjoy the fresh mountain air on the multi-level decks. Fire up the
grill for an easy dinner, unwind by the fire pit under the stars, or simply
relax with a cup of coffee while taking in the peaceful wooded setting.
The lower level is designed for fun and downtime, featuring a dedicated game
room with air hockey, a multigame arcade tabletop, comfortable seating, and a
smart TV ideal for family game nights or rainy-day entertainment. When it’s
time to reset, slip into the private hot tub and let the quiet forest views do
the rest.
Lake days are a highlight here. Guests will enjoy 2 kayaks, paddles, life
jackets, and a few fishing poles, making it easy to get out on the water or
cast a line from the shoreline.
Lake access is available year-round, though it’s typically much easier when
the water level is raised. Water levels can fluctuate seasonally and are not
guaranteed. Memorial to Labor Day is when the water in the lake is raised to
its fullest level. Water is not guaranteed to reach the dock or boat ramp.
Boats can be launched at nearby boat launches and Pontoon boats can be beached
on bank near the home if water levels do not reach the dock.
Sleeping accommodations are well-suited for families and groups: the main-
level primary suite includes a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking
tub and walk-in shower, while the lower level offers an additional king
bedroom and a third bedroom with 2 king beds. A laptop-friendly workspace and
in-home laundry make longer stays convenient and comfortable.
Whether you’re planning theme-park days, hiking adventures, or relaxed lake
