Guests will enjoy 2 kayaks, paddles, life jackets, and a few fishing poles, making it easy to get out on the water or cast a line from the shoreline. Lake access is available year-round, though it’s typically much easier when the water level is raised. Water levels can fluctuate seasonally and are not guaranteed. Memorial to Labor Day is when the water in the lake is raised to its fullest level. Water is not guaranteed to reach the dock or boat ramp. Boats can be launched at nearby boat launches and Pontoon boats can be beached on bank near the home if water levels do not reach the dock. Sleeping accommodations are well-suited for families and groups: the main- level primary suite includes a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, while the lower level offers an additional king bedroom and a third bedroom with 2 king beds.
