This beautifully designed three- bedroom, two-bath retreat is just ¼ mile from the beach, it’s close enough for easy walks to the sand while still giving you peaceful waterfront views, comfort and style sleeping up to 14 people. With modern finishes, an open-concept layout, and coastal- inspired décor, this home is the ideal setting for family vacations, friends’ trips, or romantic escapes. Step inside and you’ll find a bright, airy floor plan that makes relaxing or entertaining effortless. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, and a spacious island, perfect for whipping up meals after a day at the beach. The living and dining areas flow together seamlessly, with high ceilings, crown molding, and plenty of natural light to set the mood. The private master suite with a king-size bed is tucked away on its own side of the home, featuring a luxurious en-suite bath with double vanity and walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged near the second bath, offering plenty of space for guests. Bedroom 2 and 3 both include 1 queen bed and 1 set of queen bunks. The home is also equipped with 2 Pack ’n Play cribs onsite (sheets are not included and will need to be provided by the renter). The laundry room has a full-size washing machine, a full-size dryer and shelving for storage space usage. Enjoy your mornings with coffee on the private deck or unwind in the evenings with cocktails and Gulf breezes. Downstairs at the tiki hut with seating for six creates the perfect spot to unwind in the shade, enjoy meals, or sip drinks at sunset. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rent. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for the renter’s use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Property Manager. We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Linens will be provided in the home for all sleeper sofas, trundles, and pull-out bedding. Paper products, other than toilet tissue and paper towels, and cleaning supplies are not included. There is a starter pack consisting of the items below.
