Coquina Beach Policies The complex is a non-smoking property, ensuring that guests can enjoy the fresh air and clean atmosphere throughout their stay. One assigned parking space is available for each unit, ensuring that your vehicle is secure and easily accessible. Oversized vehicles (over 225 inches in length) are prohibited. No pets are permitted. Property Manager will only book reservations up to 51 weeks in advance.
