Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to a paid security deposit and our prior written approval. Please contact us before booking if you believe you may qualify for an exception. ⭑Security & Monitoring⭑ Your privacy and safety are important to us. To help provide a safe, secure, and comfortable stay for all guests, we have the following security and monitoring measures in place: ✔ Security cameras are installed only on the exterior of the property and in common areas, including entrances, stairwells, elevators and public hallways. There are absolutely no cameras inside any suite. ✔ Each suite is equipped with environmental monitoring sensors that monitor conditions such as temperature, humidity and noise levels in accordance with local permit requirements. ✔ These devices do not record audio or conversations. They simply measure environmental conditions and noise levels to help ensure compliance with city regulations and maintain a safe, comfortable environment for all guests. ⭑OPTIONAL FEES⭑ The following optional services are available for an additional charge and must be arranged within three (3) days of arrival.
