It features: - 1 bedroom with a king-size bed - 1 bedroom with two single beds - 2 bathrooms - a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room - a balcony and patio The private rooftop, reached from inside the duplex, is exceptional: - heated infinity pool (up to 28–29 °C, except in summer, at no extra cost) - lounge with Smart TV - outdoor kitchen - outdoor shower - Atlas Mountain views Important: to keep the water warm, the pool must be covered every night. Thank you for following this instruction. The duplex, rooftop and pool are entirely private. The building is secure and the main gate is opened with a private key. The airport is just a few minutes away: we can arrange a private driver transfer (extra charge) or book a rental car. A car is essential to get around Marrakech. We can book a rental car, a private driver for the day or your airport transfers (prices on request). Included in your stay: - Concierge service (booking activities, restaurants…) - Check-out cleaning Not included: - Additional cleaning during your stay (change of bed linen and towels, full cleaning) - Cooking services Toilet paper is provided on arrival and replenished during additional cleaning visits. House rules: - Visitors not listed on the reservation are not allowed in the apartment. - No smoking indoors. - No pets. - Drones are not allowed on the property. - For safety and liability reasons, only our agency’s staff may work in the property (cleaning, cooking…). Maintenance: our team regularly maintains the pool and common areas. Visits are announced in advance and scheduled at your convenience; nothing is done without your consent. Check-out: please respect the agreed check-out time. Late check-out is charged €30 per hour; beyond 4 hours, an extra night will be charged.
