This stunning accommodation is located in the lush and peaceful suburb
of Rondebosch. Sangrove Residence is nestled at the very base of the
iconic Devil’s Peak. This region offers a central location with a blend
of historical landmarks, nature reserves, popular cultural spots, and a
variety of scenic parks.
The property features four bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight
guests. Upon entering the main house, guests are immediately greeted by
a homey and relaxing atmosphere. Walking into the house, guests will
find an intimate dining area that can comfortably seat up to six
people. The area also features a fireplace that’s ideally located to
keep the house warm and cosy during the winter months.
Walking through the dining section, guests will find the kitchen.
Fitted with stylish counters and cabinets, the area further lends to
the overall homey feel of the property while also providing ample
storage space. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a
microwave and coffee machine, as well as everything necessary for a
comfortable, self-catering stay.
To the left of the dining area, you will find the living room, which is
furnished with plush, comfortable couches, a television, and a coffee
table. The space is ideal for a cosy evening indoors and spending time
with friends or family. The room also features large glass sliding
doors that allow for direct access to an enclosed patio.
The enclosed patio area features an indoor braai and a comfortable
dining area with additional plush seating. The large glass patio doors
allow guests to enjoy the sun and fresh air in any weather. The patio
leads to a lush and spacious garden with its own putting green,
providing entertainment for the whole family.
Further, walking down the hallway of the main house, you will find
three well-appointed bedrooms. The main bedroom is fitted with a
queen-size bed, bedside tables, and a wardrobe that provides ample
storage space. This room also features an en-suite bathroom that has a
shower, toilet, and a double washbasin. The second bedroom contains a
double bed, bedside tables, and a wardrobe. The third bedroom is
furnished with two single beds, which are perfect for accommodating
children or friends. The second shared bathroom has a bath, toilet, and
washbasin.
Sangrove Residence also features a charming separate flat, offering
additional privacy and comfort for guests. This inviting fourth bedroom
is furnished with a double bed and boasts its own en-suite bathroom
with a shower-over-bath combination, toilet, and washbasin, as well as
a cosy living space complete with a convenient kitchenette for added
flexibility during your stay. Fresh linen and towels are provided to
ensure a comfortable and relaxing experience.
The house receives plenty of sun throughout the day, creating a lot of
