For your peace of mind, there is a Ring doorbell camera located in the driveway of the home. • Signed Rental Agreement Required - All reservations must include a signed lease agreement. A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property. • Early Check-In / Late Check-Out - Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability. • No Weddings or Events - To ensure a relaxing environment for all guests and neighbors, weddings and large events are not permitted. • Lake Levels May Vary - Lake Norman’s water levels can change daily and are managed by the local energy provider. We can’t guarantee a specific lake depth during your stay.
