The forest doesn’t ask anything of you. Neither does Glacier Pines. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a working fireplace, and a dedicated upstairs workspace tucked into the trees of Glacier Springs. This is the cabin for guests who want to disappear into the mountains without fully disconnecting. Whether you’re visiting in winter for the slopes or summer for the trails, this cabin puts you right in the heart of it all. Important Notes: **We provide a pack-n-play and highchair upon request. **This home is located in the Glacier Springs community and there is a boil water advisory in effect, however this home is equipped with a full UV water filtration system and provides clean consumable water.  The Boil Water advisory does not apply to Glacier Pines. Nature:  This home is located in a rainforest near the base of a mountain. We have critters both large and small that we share the land with. From Ants to bats, mice and raccoons to Bears and Bobcats, we do everything possible to keep them outside. Please do not leave food or garbage outside, as it looks like a free meal for the wildlife. Technology:WiFI and Cellular Service:  Please note that cellular service and cable tv are not available in the area.  The home has free ziply fiber WIFI and a smart TV for streaming your favorite subscription channels. There’s also cell phone service near Mt Baker ski area. Wi-Fi is fiber and reaches speeds up to 250 mbps.  **Internet service in the Mt. Baker area experiences intermittent outages and these circumstances are beyond our control. Our area is limited to one service provider and we appreciate your understanding with the following policy:  We are unable to offer a refund for accommodations based on WIFI outages, speed or disruptions. Weather: The mountains provide us with so much to offer, but predictable weather is not one of them. Please be prepared for all types of severe weather from excess heat in the summer to heavy rains in the Spring & Fall and Snow and Ice in the winter. It is highly recommended that you bring a 4-wheel or All wheel drive vehicle in the winter. Due to the potential harsh weather, power outages and internet outages happen from time to time and are out of our control. We do not issue any refunds for loss of power or internet. Please prepare for all types of weather when visiting the mountains. Groceries:  Large grocery runs should be done in Bellingham (about 30-45 min away).  There are a handful of small mom and pop grocery stops along Mt Baker Highway and we are happy to make recommendations.  Restaurants are extremely limited and are not always open during the slower seasons.  Please come prepared with provisions.
