At Pearl Hillview Mansion, a stunning villa in Lonavala, mornings begin with soft light spilling over the mountain views as the calm of the surroundings sets the tone for the day. This 5-bedroom residence unfolds gradually-earthy interiors, expansive living spaces, and corners designed for both connection and quiet. Step outdoors to the manicured lawn, where sit-outs frame uninterrupted views, or gather by the private pool with its striking glass house for a leisurely afternoon. As the day progresses, there’s always something to return to - perhaps a short trek along the nearby trails or an easy reading session in your library. Evenings shift indoors, where the private home theatre with PS4 becomes the highlight, while quieter moments find their place in the villa’s library. Includes an AC, TV, Wi-Fi Ensuite Bathroom. BEDROOM 2 This bedroom is on the ground floor. Includes an AC, TV, Wi-Fi Ensuite Bathroom. BEDROOM 3 This bedroom is on the first floor. Includes an AC, TV, Wi-Fi Shared Bathroom. BEDROOM 4 This bedroom is on the first floor. Includes an AC, TV, Wi-Fi Ensuite Bathroom, Attached Balcony BEDROOM 5 This bedroom is on the first floor. Includes an AC and Wi-Fi Attached Balcony BATHROOMS There are 4 attached bathrooms and 2 common bathrooms. All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. Bedroom 4 features a bathtub. However due to technical difficulties, it is not functional until further notice. LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA There is a spacious living room. Include AC, TV, WI-Fi, balcony, a sound system and CCTV coverage for safety. Comes with a dining area. KITCHEN Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking. It is equipped with all essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. LAWN There is a 815 sq. ft lawn. It can seat up to 12 people at any given time. There is an open garden with a sit-out space. POOL There is a private outdoor pool. The pool is 15ft x 30ft with a depth of 4.5ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. ADD-ON SERVICES - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.  - Barbecue is available at an extra cost.  - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - The villa has generator backup available as a complimentary service for up to 2 hours only during power outages. HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES - Property Manager does not provide or supply any music or audio at the Property. - In case you would like to host an event at the Property, Property Manager will assist you in obtaining the necessary licenses for hosting the event. - All-male groups are not allowed. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - Please note that there are two resident pets on the premises. They are well-trained and will be kept safely secured in their enclosure throughout your stay to ensure your comfort. - The last 300 meters patch towards the villa is not well paved. - This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. - Generator backup is free for up to 2 hours during outages. A charge of Rs. 1000/hour applies thereafter. - An inverter backup is also available, which supports only basic appliances for approximately 2–3 hours - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. Wifi connectivity is limited to only ground floor. - Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Outside food is not allowed. - Outside vendors are not allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - This is a standalone property - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
