Welcome to our condo at The Reserve at Ten Mile Unit D-104. This exceptionally modern one-bedroom condo offers an open floor plan, ground floor location, private patio and washer and dryer. The unit features a generous open floor plan that includes the living, dining and kitchen areas. In the living area you can relax on the comfortable furnishings, enjoy the gas fireplace and flat screen television, and ceiling fan to provide cooling during the warmer summer months as air conditioning is not available. This space also grants access to a private patio, creating a delightful setting to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. There is also a sofa sleeper if you need additional sleeping accommodations. The dining area will comfortably seat up to four guests and provides easy access to enjoy everyone’s company in the living room. There are three additional spots at the breakfast bar and the kitchen showcases a modern design with granite countertops, top-of-the-line appliances, appealing wood cabinetry and tiled flooring, making it perfect for preparing both quick meals or formal dinners. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, flat screen television and a complete en-suite bathroom. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. Please note that there is no air conditioning. Complex amenities include a communal area featuring a firepit, with firewood supplied, situated adjacent to this building. In the distance, there is an outdoor hot tub available for common use. Parking: There is outdoor parking for up to 2 vehicles in the front of the building. Please do not park on the complex streets.
