Despite its tranquil feel, the villa remains conveniently connected. Ibiza Airport is approximately a 20-minute drive away (around 12 km), making arrival and departure refreshingly easy. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. Not permitted. Please note that if you wish to have a third-party vendors visit the property (chef, personal trainer, masseuse, etc) this must first be approved by the property manager. For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €475 per week or €67.85 per day (payable with the balance payment). This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival as the property manager requires 4 days in advance to heat the pool fully.
