This home is a quick drive to multiple north Idaho attractions. Beach access and golfing ranges are both quick drives, along with Idaho’s stellar theme and water park: Silverwood Theme Park and Boulder Beach. Coeur d’Alene city has an active downtown scene, many great restaurants and lots of local shops. You will also be minutes from numerous trailheads for hiking or mountain biking. Some trails offer 360 degree views of Hayden Lake and Coeur d’Alene Lake, both great waters to spend your summer days on. This area is known for the four season weather showing bright, white snow in the winter, beautiful blooming and green grass in the spring, sunshine and heat in the summer, and colorful turning leaves with a slight chill in the fall.
Take a scenic drive up Hwy 95 to Sandpoint, ID to find Ponderay Lake and a charming town full of more great food and local amenities.
Take a scenic drive on I-90 headed east towards the historic town of Wallace with boutique shops, restaurants, and plenty of Idaho history! Get your adrenaline pumping with a Zip Line Tour or a top the roller coasters at Silverwood. This area has it all!
Coeur d’Alene Lake: Coeur d’Alene Lake is 26 miles long with 135 miles of shoreline. It is a natural dam-controlled lake with plenty of space for recreational boating use. Coeur d’Alene Lake is known as the “Playground of the Pacific Northwest” where water skiing, tubing, and amazing sunsets take place. The scene is set with panoramic views of the climbing mountains, wildlife, and year-round access. We have beach towels available for your fun lake days!
