Located along the Tahquitz Creek Golf Course in South Palm Springs, this charming family home offers guests a tranquil atmosphere with unbeatable views and lots of on-site amenities that you’re going to love during your stay. Inside, the living room is bright and open, with high, vaulted ceilings, lots of comfortable furniture, a mounted flatscreen TV to stream your favorite Netflix shows on, and a gas fireplace. The full kitchen has everything you need to create a wonderful meal, and you can serve up to six guests at the handsome dining room table. Afterward, let the dishwasher knock out all those dirty dishes while you assemble a few cocktails or pour a glass of sparkling wine at the wet bar.
Off the living room, you’ll have access to a covered patio furnished with comfy seating and a private gas firepit, the ideal setting for kicking back with old friends. The patio also includes gate access to the pool and spa with views of the golf course. Be sure to explore the community to take advantage of the three pools, four spas, two tennis courts, and the koi pond. The main level includes two bedrooms, both with access to a shared bath and flatscreen TVs, and one with a work desk and chair for completing those last-minute projects.
Upstairs, the main bedroom has an en-suite bath and a work desk and chair, plus access to an upper-level balcony furnished with Adirondack chairs, a great place to enjoy your first cup of morning coffee. When you’re back from a hot-weather hike, let the private washer and dryer knock out your dusty clothes while you enjoy a family barbecue with the private gas grill. Challenge a friend to a match at the shared tennis court then go for a refreshing swim in one of the shared pools. (Don’t forget to bring along a complimentary beach towel!) The home’s central AC will keep everything nice and cool while you stretch out on a living room sofa for a good read.
