At the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac, this secure 225-square-meter architect-designed home offers a rare setting in Gassin: a completely unspoiled environment, with no overlooking neighbors, where light flows freely between the spacious rooms and the 2,000-square-meter wooded garden. The living area opens onto a 100 m² terrace and a 5 × 12 m secure pool, creating a true relaxation space to enjoy the sun of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
The villa accommodates up to ten guests in five comfortable bedrooms, including two master suites, each designed to offer peace, privacy, and rest after a day at the beach, in the village, or in the vineyards.

The villa is located on Chemin du Sablas, in a peaceful residential area of Gassin, at the end of a cul-de-sac that ensures tranquility and privacy. The immediate surroundings feature well-maintained properties and tree-lined gardens, offering a serene atmosphere far from the hustle and bustle of summer. From this prime location, you can quickly reach the beaches of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, as well as the restaurants, shops, and wineries for which the region is renowned. An ideal location to enjoy the French Riviera while returning each evening to the tranquility of a preserved natural setting.
Transit
Getting here by car is easy, and parking is available right on site. From the house, it’s a quick trip to the main roads leading to the beaches of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, the village, shops, and wineries. Guests can thus enjoy a peaceful setting while remaining perfectly connected to the region’s attractions.
