Construction activity may take place in certain areas, and guests may occasionally notice construction work or vehicles in the surrounding area. ________________________________________ PARKING INFORMATION The property includes: • One parking space in the building’s private parking area. • One additional parking space in the Las Catalinas town parking lot. • A dedicated bicycle rack installed in the building’s private parking area for guests to store their bicycles during their stay. The bicycle rack is available for your use, making it convenient to bring your own bike and enjoy Las Catalinas’ extensive hiking and mountain biking trail network. Guests using the town parking lot will receive a reusable parking access card at check-in. The card must be returned at the end of the stay. Lost or unreturned parking cards will incur a $50 USD replacement fee.
