Bedroom one: King Bedroom two: Twin, Twin This 2-level 2-bedroom/2-bathroom condo is located in the heart of Elkhorn and will fit up to 4 guests. From the ground level entry, the main level is up one flight of stairs. On the main level is the living area with a gas fireplace, a 65-inch streaming TV, and access to the deck with outdoor chairs and great mountain views. The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances, and the dining table seats 6. On the lower level are the two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, access to a deck with chairs and mountain views, and an ensuite bathroom with a single sink vanity and shower/tub. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and access to the hallway, a full-size bathroom with a single sink vanity, and a shower/tub. There is a stacked washer and dryer in this hall bathroom. One dog is welcome, with an additional pet fee of $120. Elkhorn Amenities: One amenities pass is required for each guest using the pool, golf, or tennis. Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed for your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open from early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open from July through mid-September. Tennis and golf open from May through October (weather permitting). Complex Features: Ridge Condominiums are located in upper Elkhorn Village. Access to a hot tub and sauna is included at the Elkhorn Clubhouse, just a quick walk away. The area offers a free shuttle that picks you up just across the street from the complex, which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort, and Elkhorn Resort. Please note: This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Property Manager Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
