The backyard is designed as an experience of its own. Lounge beside the pool with a drink in hand while listening to the waterfall, challenge friends to Corn Hole or Bocce Ball, or practice your short game on the putting green. The outdoor kitchen and covered Ramada create an inviting setting for evening cookouts, complete with seating, lighting, and easy access to the games pavilion. As the sun sets, the property transforms with solar-lit pathways, glowing garden accents, and cozy seating areas perfect for quiet nights outdoors.
Indoor Spaces
Inside, the home combines eclectic Southwest style with warm textures and carefully curated details. Genuine Saltillo tile floors and Talavera hand-painted tile accents give the home an authentic regional feel, while plush furnishings and soft lighting create a comfortable atmosphere throughout. The living room features a gas fireplace, streaming-enabled Samsung Smart TV, wine bar, books, and board games for relaxed nights in.
The fully stocked kitchen is equipped for everything from simple breakfasts to group dinners. Guests will find a Bosch refrigerator, gas range, Nespresso machine, drip coffee maker, blender, cookware, serving platters, spices, olive oil, and a variety of dining essentials. The kitchen island and nearby dining spaces make gathering together easy and comfortable.
Sleeping Arrangements
All four bedrooms feature king-size beds with luxury bedding designed for a restful night’s sleep. Two private primary suites include direct pool access, private exterior entrances, en suite bathrooms, and personal coffee stations. One suite offers a soaking tub and standalone shower, while the other features a spacious open-air walk-in shower. Every bedroom includes a Smart TV, ceiling fan, white noise machine, charging station, and soft ambient lighting for added comfort.

Guests will enjoy high-speed WiFi, dedicated workspace areas, streaming TV access, central air conditioning, mini-split climate control in the suites, and full laundry facilities. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. Please park in designated Laguna Gardens parking areas or around the circle by the owl. Do not block the garage or security gate entrances.
This property is not pet-friendly.
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM to help respect neighboring homes. Outdoor Bluetooth speakers automatically power off at 10:30 PM.
The spa, waterfall, and ambient pool lighting are controlled by an indoor touchscreen kiosk with easy-to-follow instructions provided onsite.
Exterior security cameras are located at the front entrance and security gates only. There are no cameras inside the home or private outdoor living areas.
Additional Accommodations
Laguna Gardens also features a detached guest house known as Moon Dance Casita, complete with its own private entrance for added privacy and flexibility. Moon Dance Casita may be available to include with your reservation for larger groups or extended stays. Please inquire directly for availability and additional booking details.
Outdoor & Recreation
• The Tortolita Mountain Park: Just a short drive north, explore over 30 miles of trails ranging from the lush Wild Burro Trail to the challenging Ridgeline hikes.
• Catalina State Park: Only 15 minutes away, this park offers iconic views of the Pusch Ridge cliffs and excellent bird-watching along the Romero Canyon trail.
• Arthur Pack Park: Just a short 5 minute drive away has lovely walking trails and is known as a “hot spot” birding location.
• Saguaro National Park West: A convenient half an hour drive away is packed with hiking possibilities, wildlife viewing and some of the most gorgeous Saguaro Cactus around. Be sure to stop at the Visitors Center and enjoy the many opportunities they offer.
• The Sonoran Desert Museum: Located less than an hour away is one of the most fun ways to spend a day in Tucson. Wildlife exhibits, walk through the desert and learn all about it.
• World-Class Golf: You are in the heart of "Golf Alley." Play a round at the El Conquistador Golf Club or the nearby Omni Tucson National, home to PGA Tour events.
• Cycling: The property offers easy access to The Loop, Tucson’s famed 130-mile paved cycling and walking path.
There are health risks associated with the use of hot tubs and swimming pools. Guest agrees to use the hot tub and/or pool at their own risk. The Owner(s) will not be responsible for any injuries sustained by the Guest or the members of the Guest’s party when using the hot tub and/or pool. Guest who sign this agreement will be responsible to advise all other members of their party of all potential hot tub and/or swimming pool hazards and rules.”
