Avoid the crowds yet easily access downtown Gatlinburg, Bent Creek Golf Course, shopping and Grocery, and the National Park. Maximum occupancy in Wine Down is 8 guests and due to the high end furnishings and electronics we cannot make an exception to this policy. (3 suites and 1 sleeper sofa in loft) Wine down is a 3 bedroom 3 bath cabin with king master suites. Each suite is on it’s own level and the cabin features a game room with pool table and a 60" TV. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents. Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin. We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items. This cabin is professionally managed by Property Manager in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay.
