This exquisite, two bedroom seaside apartment is located in the vibrant
suburb of Bloubergsands in the beautiful mother city of Cape Town,

Ocean Mist 105 warmly welcomes guests into a beautifully designed open
plan living space with modern décor and an abundance of natural light
filling the room. The kitchen comes fully equipped with cutlery,
crockery, and basic appliances, including a dishwasher, washing
machine, tumble drier, and Nutribullet for your convenience. Once meals
are prepared, gather around the large wooden dining table, seating six,
to enjoy your prepared courses. The lounge area, with comfy plush
seating, creates the ideal relaxation spot while you watch your
favourite shows on the 65-inch Smart TV. Step out from the lounge
through glass stacker doors onto a stunning balcony boasting
breathtaking ocean views with an outside table and chairs, a large
umbrella, sun loungers and a gas braai, making this the perfect spot
for entertaining.
Additional features include a guest toilet, internet access, situated
within a secure complex with 24-hour security, one secure parking bay,
and additional parking available in the parking lot.
A peaceful night’s sleep awaits in the two well-appointed bedrooms,
both featuring king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. The main bedroom
has access to the balcony through glass stacker doors, and its en-suite
offers a shower, bath, toilet, and double basin with a vanity. The
second en-suite includes a shower, toilet, and basin with a vanity.
There is also a separate guest toilet for added convenience. Crisp
linen and fresh towels will be provided for your stay.
Ideally located, the apartment is just 200m from the beach and within
walking distance of a long stretch of majestic Blouberg beaches, where
you can soak up some sun, go swimming or enjoy some water sports.
Directly opposite the property is Eden on The Bay, where you can sit at
popular seaside restaurants while taking in spectacular ocean and
mountain views. There are also grocery stores, cafes, boutiques and
convenient stores all within the centre which is all within walking
distance. If you wish to venture out further, take a trip along the
West Coast or into the City Centre for endless activities and
attractions. With so much to do and see, your stay is guaranteed to be
