The open kitchen, dining area, and sitting room create a seamless space for connection and conversation. The fully stocked kitchen includes brand new appliances, a center island with bar seating, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals together. The dining table comfortably seats six, and just beyond the sliding doors is a large covered deck with high-quality patio furniture and a BBQ grill for dining al fresco year-round. The main level also includes a serene primary suite with a king bed, plush bedding, and a flat screen TV. The ensuite bathroom features a deep soaking tub, double vanity, walk-in shower, and a spacious closet. Down the hall, a half bath and a private office with a Murphy bed offer added flexibility for guests. The laundry room is also conveniently located on this floor. Downstairs, you’ll find a second living area complete with a large TV, games, and plenty of comfortable seating. The lower level includes two queen bedrooms with brand new beds and luxury linens, as well as a full guest bathroom and access to the backyard. The sofa bed provides additional sleeping space, making this home ideal for larger groups or families traveling together. If you are traveling with a cat or another type of pet, please notify the Property Manager before booking so we can help recommend a home that may better accommodate your needs. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees, cleaning charges, or cancellation of the reservation. We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. For those who can’t control their noise levels, please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed, and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest.
