Hidden in one of Sitges’ prettiest old town streets, Casa Cipres is a carefully restored Catalan townhouse that marries timeless character with a clean, contemporary aesthetic. Step through the traditional wooden door and into a cool, whitewashed space filled with warmth, charm, and style. Original beamed ceilings and Mediterranean touches blend with modern furnishings, air conditioning throughout, and thoughtful details at every turn.
Spread across three levels, the house is both spacious and inviting. The ground floor opens into a living room with terracotta tones and warm lighting, flowing into a sleek modern kitchen. From here, you can step out to a charming courtyard dining area, the perfect spot for a quiet breakfast or an alfresco evening meal. Upstairs, two tranquil bedrooms each open out onto their own furnished balconies, ideal for a peaceful glass of wine or a morning coffee. The top floor is reserved for the master suite, with its own ensuite and access to a private rooftop terrace that gazes out over the tiled rooftops of Sitges’ old town. It’s a suntrap by day and a quiet haven by night.

You’re a 10-minute walk to the train station, with Barcelona’s buzz less than 40 minutes away. It’s a town-centre gem that offers both history and peace, all within easy reach of everything.

Tucked away in one of Sitges’ iconic whitewashed streets, you are just a few steps from the seafront promenade, golden beaches, and the town’s vibrant heart. It’s the kind of location where you wake to the sound of distant waves, pick up pastries from the bakery on the corner, and stroll to a beach café for your morning cortado.
This part of Sitges is the historic old town, full of cobbled lanes, shuttered balconies and colourful bougainvillea spilling over walls. Within minutes, you can reach a huge variety of shops, restaurants, tapas bars, and gelaterias. The town’s striking church, often framed against the sea, is just a short walk away and is the focal point for many of Sitges’ cultural festivals throughout the year.
The train station is a 10-minute walk from the front door, offering regular connections to Barcelona in under 40 minutes. Visiting Barcelona is a brilliant way to spend a day immersed in energy and culture. The Property is supplied with 1 set of bed linen and towels per guest (1 shower and 1 hand towel and where applicable 1 pool towel) at no additional charge, unless otherwise specified. Additional changes may be requested at the following rates:
- €15 per single bed set;
- €25 per double bed set;
- €10 per towel set;
A one-off service/transport fee of €25 applies.
Requests for additional linen or towels will be delivered the following day, subject to availability. Please note that extra linen will be delivered, but beds will not be changed. If guests wish to have the linen changed, a minimum of 3 hours of cleaning service must be booked.
