At the top of the house, the master suite feels like a private retreat, with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and a sunny terrace offering open views and a gentle glimpse of the sea on the horizon—perfect for a quiet morning coffee or sunset moment. The main floor is the heart of the home, designed for easy, sociable living. A large glazed-in naya fills the space with natural light and creates a relaxed setting for dining or lounging all year round. This flows into a bright open-plan living area with Smart TV, log burner, and comfortable seating, alongside a generous dining space and a well-equipped kitchen made for easy holiday cooking. Also on this level are three further bedrooms: a spacious king-size room with en-suite bathroom, and two large single rooms sharing a family bathroom. A €500 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded. 3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract (Commercial Registry No.: EGVT-478-A)
