Set in the peaceful residential area of Balcón al Mar in Jávea, Casa Cali is a spacious, multi-level villa designed for relaxed Mediterranean living, with plenty of room for families or groups to spread out, gather, and unwind.
At the top of the house, the master suite feels like a private retreat, with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and a sunny terrace offering open views and a gentle glimpse of the sea on the horizon—perfect for a quiet morning coffee or sunset moment.
The main floor is the heart of the home, designed for easy, sociable living. A large glazed-in naya fills the space with natural light and creates a relaxed setting for dining or lounging all year round. This flows into a bright open-plan living area with Smart TV, log burner, and comfortable seating, alongside a generous dining space and a well-equipped kitchen made for easy holiday cooking.
Also on this level are three further bedrooms: a spacious king-size room with en-suite bathroom, and two large single rooms sharing a family bathroom. All bedrooms benefit from air conditioning, with additional A/C in the main living spaces.
The lower level is all about relaxed, easy living. A second lounge with a large Smart TV and pool table sets the scene for laid-back evenings, alongside a private office for those mixing work with holiday. There’s also a clever dual-purpose space that works as both a utility room and a compact kitchen, complete with an American-style bar and stools—perfect for casual bites or drinks without heading upstairs. A fourth bathroom with walk-in shower completes this level.
Outside, the villa opens onto a generous sunny terrace with private pool, BBQ area, and plenty of space for lounging and long, lazy afternoons in the sun. The flow from the Naya to the outdoor spaces keeps everything connected and easy.
With air conditioning throughout, and private parking for up to three cars, Casa Cali combines space, comfort, and a laid-back coastal feel, just a short drive from Jávea’s coves, beaches, and restaurants.

About the area
Xàbia (also known as Jávea), a coastal town in Spain's Costa Blanca, is a gem that offers a delightful mix of historical charm, natural beauty, and modern amenities. Nestled between the capes of San Antonio and La Nao, Xàbia is divided into three main areas: the old town, the port, and the beach area, each with its own unique allure.
The old town of Xàbia is a journey back in time with its narrow, winding streets and gothic buildings, such as the fortress-like Church of San Bartolomé. This area is a testament to the town's rich history, with its ancient walls and historical museums that provide insight into the lives of its past inhabitants.
The port area, known as Aduanas del Mar, is a bustling hub where fishing boats and yachts coexist. It's a perfect spot to savor fresh seafood at one of the many restaurants overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The port also features the modernist Casa del Cable, which now serves as an exhibition hall.
For beach lovers, the sandy Arenal Beach is the main attraction with its palm-lined promenade, lively bars, and restaurants. The clear blue waters are ideal for swimming, while the surrounding coves, such as Granadella and Portitxol, offer excellent opportunities for snorkeling and diving.
Nature enthusiasts will be drawn to the Montgó Natural Park, which towers over Xàbia and provides a stunning backdrop to the town. The park is a haven for hikers and wildlife watchers, with its diverse flora and fauna and panoramic views of the coastline.
Xàbia's microclimate is considered one of the best in the world by the World Health Organization, making it an ideal destination year-round. The town also hosts various cultural events and festivals, such as the lively Fiesta de San Juan in June, which celebrates the summer solstice with bonfires and fireworks.
For those interested in art and architecture, Xàbia does not disappoint. The town has inspired many artists, including the famous Spanish painter Joaquín Sorolla, who captured its landscapes in his works.
In summary, Xàbia is a destination that offers a harmonious blend of historical depth, natural splendor, and a vibrant contemporary lifestyle. Whether you're looking to explore its cultural heritage, relax on its beautiful beaches, or enjoy outdoor activities in a picturesque setting, Xàbia caters to all tastes and preferences.
