Set in the tranquil, pine-fringed hills of Costa Nova, Villa Siempre Contigo is a laid-back, single-storey retreat made for slow living, long lunches, and easy days by the pool. With air conditioning throughout, fast Wi-Fi, Sonos sound system, and private gated parking for up to two cars, it’s comfortably set up for stays in every season.
Inside, the villa feels relaxed and welcoming, with a spacious lounge anchored by a log burner for cooler months, and a Smart TV for easy evenings in. The dining area flows naturally from the living space, while a bright enclosed Naya sits between the house and the pool, filled with natural light and garden views, it’s the kind of spot that works just as well for winter coffee mornings as it does for lazy afternoon reading.
The bright kitchen is well-equipped and easy to use, with a gas hob, modern appliances, and a capsule coffee machine for slow starts to the day.
The villa offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms, including two en-suite bedrooms and a separate shower room for the third. All bedrooms come with built-in wardrobes and air conditioning, with further A/C in the main living spaces.
Outside, life naturally centres around the private pool. Think sunbeds, relaxed lounge seating, and a covered al fresco dining area beside an outdoor kitchen, where a mobile gas BBQ makes cooking outdoors simple and sociable.
A pedestrian gate leads directly from the garden into the surrounding pine woodland, perfect for gentle morning walks, dog-friendly strolls, or simply stepping into nature at sunrise.
Peaceful yet well connected, the villa is just a short drive to the coves of Granadella and Cala Portixol, and around 10 minutes from the Arenal’s beach, restaurants, and buzz—making Villa Siempre Contigo an easy, all-year escape with a beautifully relaxed rhythm.
JH Top Tip: Head to nearby breakfast spot Poquet a Poquet for fresh bread and pastries, or settle into their pretty garden terrace under the tree canopy for a slow, sun-dappled start to the day.
