Fox Den just listed with Property Manager. The home was five star-rated over many years of rentals. I’m sure we’ll have a flood of five-star reviews on the website soon, but until then, we have no problem reassuring you: you’re gonna love this home!
Fox Den is a *NEW CONSTRUCTION* modern A-frame cabin of our dreams! Not only is this lakeside cottage renovated with a stunning modern design, but it also boasts everything you need for the perfect Deep Creek vacation. Lakefront and dock? Check! Large outdoor fire pit with plentiful seating and outdoor lights? Definitely. Lower level bar cabinets with ping pong table, couch, and smart TV? Got it! New furnishings, comfortable beds, and open floor plan? Absolutely.
Location highlights: The home is lakefront, with the lake water laying a short walk in front of the home. The lakefront is shared with the neighbors, including a community dock structure, although the home does come with a dedicated dock slip. The walk to the lakefront takes about one minute. Fox Den is located in the central lake area, but tucked away along a quiet community road. Upon leaving the home, you will find Dutch’s at Silver Tree, the lakefront Harbor Bar, along with the popular Honi-Honi bar about a 1-2 minute drive from the home, as well as the Arrowhead Market, a local conveience store with a liquor store, fabulous deli, and basic grocery/home needs, which is open 24-7.
Sleeping arrangements: There are no sleeper sofa or futons in this house. All sleeping arrangements are in beds. 1 king bed, 2 queens, 1 twin single bed and one twin bunk bed.
Gym/ Pool Access: This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.
Dog Friendly Notice: Maximum of two dogs per reservations. A $175/non-refundable fee will be added for each dog. Dogs should be well-behaved, trained, and friendly; dogs with a history of aggression or destruction are not permitted. In order to comply with many of our home’s rental insurance policies, breeds listed as most aggressive are banned for all rentals, regardless of individual training and temperament. If you are planning to bring a dog, please reach out to us upon booking to discuss your dogs breed to get final approval from our staff.
