Step inside the secluded and newly renovated Beach Baby and experience coastal luxury like never before. With a full remodel in May 2020, this gorgeous beach house features all new flooring, paint, fixtures, tile, and an updated back deck with a private pool. The beach is just a short 3-minute walk from the home or an even faster bike ride if using the complimentary bikes! Seaside shopping and dining is also nearby and provides visitors with a fun atmosphere with gulf-front dining and modern artistry.
Step inside Beach Baby to a beautiful, coastal style living area with an open kitchen lined with stainless steel appliances and marble countertops. Beautiful wood flooring brings the rooms together for the ultimate beachy vibe. Seating for seven is available at the dining room table with seating for six in the living room. One of the bedrooms is also located on this floor and is furnished with a king bed. This room shares a bathroom with the main living space and has private access to the front porch. A laundry room is also located on this floor.
The second floor is home to two more bedrooms, one being the master bedroom. The master includes a king bed, private bathroom with a standalone shower with his and hers vanities, and a walk-in closet. This room also has private access to the large balcony where guests can relax and take in the morning air. The second king bedroom has access to a shared hall bathroom and private access to the balcony.
Make your way up to the third floor for the perfect kids area! A sitting area with a flat-screen TV is perfect for hosting movies. Two bunk rooms reside on each side of the sitting room with twin-over-twin bunk rooms.
The pool area really is the gem of this home with an extended deck for lounge seating next to the large pool. The grill is located on the second deck along with outdoor dining seating. This is the perfect space to take in the Florida sun!
