This two-story home sits a few blocks off Maine Route 1 in Damariscotta, just over two miles from the restaurants, pubs, and conveniences in the heart of town. It’s an incredibly central Midcoast location, whether you’re hoping to snack on lobster rolls in Wiscasset (11 miles), drive down to the Pemaquid Point Lighthouse (18 miles), or set sail from Boothbay Harbor (19 miles). Rockland, St. George, Rockport, and Camden are all within 25 miles as well.
Come home from the day’s excursions to relax on the screened porch and light the gas grill for an evening barbecue. There’s a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances to assist, a window-lined dining room where you can sit down to dinner, and a high chair and booster seat provided for your little ones.
In the evenings, kick back on the sofa and stream your favorite movies on the living room’s smart TV, or retreat to one of the two desks (in the dining room and the basement) to log onto the high-speed WiFi. Additional features of the house include TVs in the bedrooms, a private washer/dryer, and split AC throughout.
