Sun-soaked days in Largo start right outside your back door. Slip into the private pool, fire up the grill on the patio, or settle into the living room as the Florida light fills the space — this four-bedroom villa is built for families who want room to spread out and a base that keeps everyone happy.
Living space
The main living area is open and easy, with room for the whole group to gather after a day out. Air conditioning keeps things comfortable no matter the weather outside, and the TV is there when the mood calls for a quieter evening in. The single-level layout means no stairs, no split levels — just an uninterrupted flow from front door to backyard.
Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms sleep up to 12 guests across eight beds. The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed and its own sense of quiet retreat. The second bedroom is also furnished with a queen-sized bed. The third bedroom offers a double bed, and the fourth is set up with a bunk bed — a natural fit for younger guests. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and quality bed linens are included throughout.
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook from scratch or keep things simple. A full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and hot water kettle are all on hand, along with cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and children’s dinnerware for families travelling with little ones. A coffee maker means mornings get off to an easy start.
Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms serve the villa, each stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer. A bathtub is available for guests who prefer a longer soak after an active day.
Outdoor space
The private pool is the centrepiece of the backyard — a proper outdoor oasis with a patio alongside it for lounging or dining al fresco. The backyard is open and grassed, giving kids room to move while adults take their time over a morning coffee outside. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street.
Location
Largo puts you in the middle of one of Florida’s most accessible coastal corridors. Top attractions, beaches, and dining are all within easy reach — whether you’re planning a full day out or a relaxed afternoon trip. Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival simple, and the private entrance means you come and go entirely on your own schedule.
Enjoy full, private access to the entire home throughout your stay!
Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (3) cars may park in the driveway and (2) on the street.
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every stay, with our team maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout.
If you’d like to add pool heating, please let us know in advance so we can arrange it for you. The cost is $35 per day of your stay and will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least one week’s notice. During colder or rainy weather, pool use may be less enjoyable. The pool is serviced weekly; however, after rain, some debris may enter the water and cause slight discoloration.
A damage protection option is required prior to arrival and is processed through our third-party system:
1-night stays: A $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge), released after a damage-free inspection.
2+ night stays: Choose between the $250 refundable deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please note that check-out is at 10:00 AM. Our housekeeping team arrives promptly to prepare for incoming guests, so late check-outs may disrupt scheduling and incur a fee of up to $300 if not approved in advance.
This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not replenished during your stay. Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and one roll of toilet paper. The laundry area includes detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, you’ll find a paper towel roll, a few trash bags, dish soap, and a sponge. A coffee maker is available (coffee not included), along with salt, pepper, and cooking oil. If anything is missing upon arrival, please let us know right away so we can assist.
