There is parking for 2 vehicles at the home, one under the carport and one in the drive. *Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines. *No boats or trailers are allowed in the community per HOA rules.
