The first floor hosts a relaxed living space outfitted with a comfortable wraparound recliner sofa and 70” TV. Step onto the covered deck with a 4-seat patio table to sip drinks beneath the cooling breeze of the ceiling fan and enjoy lush nature views. A grill is conveniently off the side of the deck. This floor has 2 guest bedrooms boasting TVs with a king bed and a queen bed, respectively, as well as a bunk room with 2 twin-over-twin beds.
The main living area is on the upper level and features an airy, open-concept layout. Culinary enthusiasts will love the gourmet kitchen’s high-end GE appliances, marble countertops, and 2-stool breakfast bar—perfect for entertaining friends or miniature taste-testers! Past the 9-seat formal dining table is a sunny living area with 2 leather sofas. Continue outside to the Gulf-facing deck furnished with a 6-seat patio table for alfresco dining and glimpses of the shimmering Gulf waters. When evening falls, retire to the spacious primary bedroom with a king bed, 60” TV, and a private bathroom with a soaker tub.

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
*No boats or trailers are allowed in the community per HOA rules.
