Conveniently located between Tahoe City and Kings Beach, this lovely home is ideally situated to take advantage of a plethora of shopping, dining, and outdoor adventure opportunities. This family home offers the perfect combination of warmth, spaciousness and entertainment features. Downstairs, the presence of a ping pong table, shuffleboard table, foosball table, 65’ TV with speakers and a hot tub ensures there will never be a dull moment. Upstairs, a circular breakfast nook table beckons for a competitive game of cards, while the chef in the group can set a beautiful dining table for a more formal dinner. For those who love to grill, the large upper deck is the ideal space for barbecuing and lounging after a glorious day in the sun. When it is time to retire, the spacious primary suite upstairs, with access to the back deck for lazy star gazing and a work desk for checking emails, caters to every need. Downstairs, the kids will appreciate the bunk room with its own TV and a guest room with cozy linens. Down the street is Carnelian West Beach. Carnelian West offers 530 feet of public beach. Park for free at the site’s shared parking lot adjacent to Gar Woods Grill and Pier restaurant. The site includes a lakefront promenade, benches, picnic tables and restrooms. A block down the road is Patton Landing Beach. Home to Waterman’s Landing, a gourmet coffeehouse, Patton Landing is located on the east side of Sierra Boat Company in Carnelian Bay. This three-acre, pebbly beach is quickly becoming Lake Tahoe’s stand-up paddle boarding headquarters. Stand-up paddleboard and kayak rentals are available. The site is also served by restrooms, a full service café, and the staff are experts in the local paddle community. Other site features include accessible pathways, benches, picnic tables, a small parking facility. Pet friendly beach.
