The apartment sits on the second floor of a doorman building with an elevator. Inside, the open-plan living space puts kitchen, dining and lounge within easy reach of each other, anchored by a round walnut table set right in front of the kitchen, made for cooking and eating without missing a beat of conversation. Dark rattan seating sets a masculine edge against the warm wood, giving the room a style distinctly its own. A flat-screen TV makes it just as easy to settle in for a quiet night in.
The kitchen has been updated with gray cabinetry, an oven, an electric ceramic hob and a microwave, built for anyone who actually cooks. A washing machine keeps daily life practical, suited to a stay of weeks or months.
The bedroom is a private retreat, filled with natural light and furnished with a queen-size bed. The ensuite bathroom has been renovated with under-counter storage, and a closet in the bedroom leaves room to settle in properly.
