Elegantly designed, this unit features central air conditioning throughout and an open-plan living area equipped with a large television, DVD player, and cable service. Sliding glass doors open onto the dining terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern stainless steel appliances, while both bedrooms feature luxurious marble ensuite bathrooms. The master suite offers a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. An additional powder room is conveniently located in the entrance hall.
