From arrival, the villa’s cascading terraces lead naturally from the main living areas down to the horseshoe-shaped infinity pool and manicured lawn below. Designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living, Villa Mariposa is ideal for every moment of the day - from leisurely breakfasts with sea views to afternoons by the pool and dinners under the stars. Pool heating is available for an additional $350 per week. Inside, light-filled open-plan spaces create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The spacious living room features a billiard table and unobstructed ocean views, while the fully equipped kitchen and dining area are perfectly suited for both casual meals and entertaining. All four air-conditioned bedrooms are accessed independently from the outside, ensuring comfort and privacy. Two bedrooms open directly onto the main terrace, a third enjoys its own private terrace, and the fourth is located on the lower level near the pool, also with a private outdoor space. Each bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with double showers and warm Caribbean-inspired decor.
