Villa Greystone

Set in the exclusive Terres Basses enclave, Villa Greystone enjoys one of the island’s most desirable locations. Known for its privacy, security, and peaceful atmosphere, this prestigious neighborhood is just minutes from some of the finest beaches on the French side of St. Martin, as well as the dining of Porto Cupecoy, the boutiques of Marigot, and the island’s iconic highlights. Blending classic French Caribbean architecture with a modern touch, the villa is arranged as a collection of charming separate bungalows. This thoughtful layout creates a serene retreat that balances togetherness with privacy, centered around a spacious swimming pool. The fully air-conditioned living room and kitchen occupy their own bungalow, offering a comfortable and stylish space for relaxing, dining, or entertaining. Each of the three bedrooms is housed in its own private bungalow, with direct access to the terrace and pool - ensuring a tranquil, personal retreat for every guest while maintaining the warmth of a shared villa experience. Villa Greystone also features a private pétanque court, perfect for leisurely afternoons and sunset games with friends and family.
