The walking trails and viewpoints of Marjan Forest Park provide scenic routes and panoramic views across the city and sea. Along the coast, charming seaside resorts such as Stobreč, Podstrana and Jesenice offer boat trips to nearby islands including Brač. The wider area is ideal for adventure, with opportunities for horse riding and windsurfing, rafting and canyoning on the Cetina River near Omiš, as well as visits to historic Trogir, Krka National Park, tennis courts, golf courses and coastal boat tours.
