"The Ranch" graces the summit of gently rolling hills, offering breathtaking 360-degree panoramas of Sonoma County. A newly completed 38’ inground pool takes center stage in the stunningly redesigned backyard, providing a refreshing retreat to soak in the views. Adjacent to the pool, a standalone hot tub adds to the private resort experience. With more activities than one can imagine, including a 9-hole disc golf course, bocce ball, pickleball, horseshoes, ping pong, foosball, volleyball, badminton, croquet, cornhole, and more, your days are filled with leisure.
The remodeled home boasts four bedrooms and two full baths. Three bedrooms feature king-size beds, while one room offers two twin beds. Additional sleeping options include a sofa sleeper in the family room and a huge sectional sofa in the media room. The updated kitchen showcases Carrera marble, a Sub Zero fridge, and a high-end range, with seating for twelve at the dining table. Enjoy entertainment with large TVs in the media room and family room downstairs.
For an additional $200 per night plus $50 added to the cleaning fee, The Casita, a beautiful guest studio with a king bed, full bath, full kitchen, laundry, large TV, and sofa, can be added to bring the total to five bedrooms and three full bathrooms. This white building near the pool offers added comfort and stunning views. Adding The Casita brings the total to five bedrooms and three full baths.
Located just 10 minutes from the charming wine country town of Sebastopol and the renowned Graton Casino, The Ranch is surrounded by excellent wineries, starting less than a mile away. The beautiful beaches of Bodega Bay and Dillon Beach are within a 20-minute drive.
Explore our Property Manager site for a 3D tour of this house, information on personal chefs, caterers, massages, yoga instructors, personal trainers, and local restaurants and wineries. All our vacation rentals are fully stocked with essential cookware, dinnerware, and consumables like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, bath, dish, hand, and laundry soaps, along with various trash bags. Additional fees apply to heat the pool from October through April. The hot tubs is heated at no extra charge year-round. Our houses are non-smoking indoors.
While the Ranch is an ideal setting for family and friends to gather, it strictly adheres to county regulations. Outdoor amplified music is prohibited, and surveillance cameras and decimal meters monitor parking areas and noise levels. County quiet hours, between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM, must be observed. There is a maximum of 12 people overnight, and 18 people on the property until 8:00 PM. Groups violating these rules may face eviction, substantial fines, and potential legal action.
