Perfect for large families or groups, the remarkable house is a sleek, chic, feast for the eyes. It’s also warm and inviting, each room a charming display of modern aesthetics.
The first level accommodates 13 guests with 5 bedrooms, including a primary suite, king, with a soaking tub and private patio. A guest room, queen, and a second guest room, queen, each have a private bath. A third guest room has a pair of twin bunk beds, while a fourth has bunks and a twin.
Down the hall, cheer for your favorite team in the media room with stadium seating. Or have the kids watch their favorite movie. Upstairs, a primary suite, king, has a soaking tub and an incredible walk-in shower. The second level also hosts the kitchen and living area, with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
The wonderful kitchen is a chef’s dream with high-end appliances including built-in, under-the-counter, Sub-Zero refrigerators and freezers. The two dishwashers can assist with cleanup.
