The open-concept living and kitchen area will make you feel right at home. The
kitchen is stocked with all the necessities you would need to prepare meals
for your family. The island bar offers a food prep area and seating. In the
living room, you’ll find comfortable seating for everyone to relax and visit.
This home has internet accessibility to keep you connected. You can stream
your favorite TV shows and movies on the Smart TVs located in the living room
and all bedrooms. Just enter the Password and Username provided in the home.
The Primary bedroom has a queen bed, an attached bathroom, and deck access.
Bedroom two has a queen, and bedroom 3 has a twin/full bunk. The rooms are
comfortable and relaxing with their beachy decorations. Outside, you will be
enchanted by the glorious sunrise and sunset views while sitting on the deck.
From this deck, you will have views of both the Intracoastal Waterway and the
Gulf. You will be surprised at the species of birds that can be spotted in
this area!. Downstairs, you will find a charcoal pit that will make the "Grill
Master" in the family happy to fire up and grill something tasty for the
family. When the sand and waves start to call, you are a short walk, golf
cart, or vehicle ride away from the sandy beach. After a fun day of beach
activities, rinse off in the sand shower. You and your family are sure to
enjoy this peace and "Quietude"!
Even when provided, internet access, TV/cell service can be unreliable on the
Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Property
Manager Cannot Guarantee that these amenities will be working during your
stay. We cannot Offer Refunds for the disruption of these services. This home
might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior. Any attempt at
disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may
result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rent.
If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise
stated in comments or with permission from Property Manager.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made
for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything
else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tabs (if applicable)
2 laundry tabs (if applicable)
1 small bottle of dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar of hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest
Don’t forget the beach towels, bug spray, and sunscreen! Once you’re booked,
log in to your guest guide for instructions on your home, beach rentals, and
things to do on the Peninsula.
All of our homes are located at Crystal Beach/Port Bolivar/Gilchrist. Not
Galveston.
